Ultra Silent Can be Installed above dry and completely cured concrete, interior plywood, gypsum board, cement backer units, oriented strand boards, and existing vinyl, wood, laminate, and ceramic floors. It has a built in moisture lock to seal out spills, thermal insulation to keep out the cold and sound suppression for the most comfortable experience.
